Mahfud MD, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs, as the main speaker. This national seminar, held at Hasanuddin University Makassar, provides an important platform for policy makers, academics and the wider community to understand Indonesia&#8217;s important role in maintaining stability and security in the increasingly complex ASEAN region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This national seminar is also a valuable discussion platform regarding strategic issues of the ASEAN Political-Security Community and the ASEAN 2045 vision, as well as concrete steps that Indonesia and other ASEAN member countries can take to overcome future challenges.
